Lori is amazing! She is attentive, and very knowledgeable! Every question answered and she made the process of selling very seamless. She has been with me through one purchase and two sales of homes. I highly recommend her and the staff at coldwell banker. Her teams for open houses were amazing and my house sold within 30 days. They are hard working, diligent and capable folks. When you have a whole team I irking with you, it makes the process so much better. I moved out of state, but if I ever came back to cali, I would work with them again with no reservations. To me, they are the very best!

Lori Fischer was our agent, she fully understood the housing marketplace, and guided us to the proper pricing to garner interest in our home. Our home sold in 3 days. That’s the easy part, the hard part she handled extremely well by following up with the buying agent, escrow and title to make certain all aspects of the sale were done in a timely fashion to close when we expected it to. There are always issues that come up, but Lori anticipated and kept our escrow moving forward. Lori is great and a fantastic realtor agent! She helped me and my wife with our first home purchase.
